Although it seems more and more like the 5th-year guys will play, I'm still a little skeptical. Having said that, both those guys should have great years. Sky is going to be great anywhere, and if it weren't for his lack of height, he'd probably be in the NBA. Dent's issues are defense and finishing at the rim. Wade loves to run-he's all uptempo. Dent will flourish in a system like that. He's going to get a ton of easy baskets, but what is his counterpart going to do on the other end? So while both those guys will likely have great years, I just don't know how much of that you can put on Cronin.

First off, they're another year stronger and wiser, so there's that. Looking at them individually, I thought Sky had a great junior year under Cronin. Injuries hampered him last year, but he was off to a great start again before the hamstring injury. Dent also played well if you consider what was being asked of him. His assist-to-turnover ratio was elite. He may shoot a little better under Wade because the open-court style lends itself to that, but I still don't think he'll be a good shooter.

At the end of the day, though, the question is how much will they win? If LSU ends up having a better year than UCLA, then I think you can make a good case that those two guys were being held back by Cronin. But if they each score 20+ a game and LSU still loses a bunch of games, I don't think the numbers in and of themselves will tell the whole story.
