Losing 6 seniors might make the place look less attractive because:
(a) less talent to play around;
(b) more time needed to build a great team;
(c) potentially less NIL money if donors are in "wait and see" mode regarding the new/ younger players.
PLUS, with the WNBA setting new records for rookie and minimum-level salaries some may be more likely to go pro rather than go to a program with perceivably less resources.
