Some are complaining that Cronin didn't get his top targets.
TRANSFERS
Milan Momcilovic, 6-8, SF, Jr.
Transferring from Iowa State to Kentucky (Tier 1: $20 million plus)
John Blackwell, 6-4, SG, Jr.
Transferring from Wisconsin to Duke (Tier 1: $20 million plus)
Tounde Yessoufou, 6-5, SF, Fr.
Transferring from Baylor to St. John's (Tier 1: $20 million plus)
Matt Able, 6-6, SG, Fr.
Transferring from NC State to North Carolina (Tier 1: $20 million plus)
LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL
Tajh Ariza Oregon (Tier 4: $12.1 million to $15 million)
Brandon McCoy Jr. Michigan (Tier 1: $20 million plus)
Christian Collins USC (Tier 3: $15.1 million to $17.5 million)
Tyran Stokes Kansas (Tier 2: Just under $20 million)
Jason Crowe Jr. Missouri (Tier 3: $15.1 million to $17.5 million)
UCLA (Tier 4: $12.1 million to $15 million) was just outbid for most. But you have to be smart with your budget. Paying big bucks for any of these players means less to build a roster. Just about everyone on this list will only be at his school for one season. All of Cronin's recruits, transfers and high school, have more than a year left. Kusturica seems worth his large NIL due to his high ceiling and two years before he can enter the draft.
Those complaining that he didn't get any of the above should donate some money to the UCLA NIL collectives.
