I think for most real estate folks everything west of the freeway is the west side. Unless it is more advantageous to list otherwise.
IIRC, there was a time when they tried to get some Bel Air property to some coach but then the assistants got into the discussion and I think it fell apart.
I suspect the UCLA hype machine will be in full force next year and coupled with a successful season there will be more people attending,
