I'm not sure how you could watch the first half of our game vs. Arizona and actually think this could end up being a "huge win." They are not a good team, and it would be very surprising to see them finish in the top 4 of a loaded B12.
Unfortunately, for our tourney resume, it will matter much more how AZ does over the course of the season, and particularly in Feb/March, than it will that they were the preseason #5 team. By March, we will all be even more surprised that AZ started the season ranked there.
So if you're pinning your hopes for a good seed on a win that will largely be forgotten by March, good luck with that. We need to beat teams like Illinois and Michigan State and USC, period. And I don't think a Cronin-coached team can win games like that.
