Chip left for a third of the money and half the title he had at Ucla. Ucla football has just been degraded to bottom feeder.
He probably grew weary of getting out bid for talent and coaches. Good 'ol Ucla; throws nickels around like manhole covers. F'em. Ucla sucks.
He's going to be with friends, real football people, not sanctimonious, clueless Ucla a-holes. Ryan Day is his former player and mentee and Justin Frye was his OL coach for years here. He'll have oodles of talent and money at his disposal and the fan base will show up and won't be carping about throwing a few bucks into the collective.
I'm happy for him. He got out from under a dysfunctional mixed up place to a place that truly believes in football and puts their money where their mouth is. Good for Chip. Go Buckeyes.
Wasserman needs to hire the replacement, not Jarmond.
