I don’t think we should be paying our new HC less than what we paid Chip. Whether that’s Locksley, Rees, Hartline, Flexk, the Toledo guy, etc. If whomeover we decide to hire is not “worth” that we shouldn’t be settling. The market for a head coach in the 10 is 6-7mm.
