Foster. And it remains to be seen whether Foster's first team will be any better than Chip's first team.

Mora left behind the following guys who would later be drafted and/or play in the NFL:

Caleb Wilson
Josh Kelley
Darnay Holmes
Devin Asiasi
Demetric Felton
Osa Odighizua
Quentin Lake
Alex Akingbulu
Brandon Stephens
Jaelan Phillips
Krys Barnes

Mora was also the one who secured commitments from DTR and Kyle Phillips, two more NFL players.

Let's see how many of Chip's recruits go to the NFL under Foster. And let's see how much better Foster's first team is vs. Chip's. Both Mora's last team and Chip's last team finished 4-5 in conference. I don't think the out of conference record is very relevant. Mora's last team played Texas A&M, Hawaii, and at ranked Memphis out of conference, whereas Chip's last team played Coastal Carolina, San Diego St., and North Carolina Central, all at home. These OOC schedules are not comparable, as Chip basically got 3 freebies.

If Chip is indeed turning over a better program than Mora did, it is by a slight and insignificant margin. Chip himself thought his roster for next year was so promising, he quit his job to take a massive pay cut and an assistant position.
