Point taken. He needs to improve there, and he needs a bigger playbook so he is less predictable. Better passing and more variability is the best case.
Yet, even without a credible passing threat, his running is worthwhile to give the defense a completely different look to defend.
At a minimum, an imaginative coaching staff would find a way to use his running talent.
