a) how effective are the reps, if there's no one supervising each rep? b) if 4 (5?) guys are getting an equal shot at the job, then presumably 4 guys are rotating through throwing to the top receiver group. Or, 16 receivers rotating through different groups?
Having four guys compete for the job is a terrrrrible way to teach.
