I don't know that there is more money, but if there is more recruiting, chances are there is more money on offer.
The arrival of Andy Meyers and his singular focus on football MoW fundraising might be making a difference. He may be raising more money than when football was the "other" NIL program here. Football NIL is completely different from basketball NIL and hopefully Andy is making headway for us.
Nonetheless, offering and winning are two different things. I put the odds of Madden coming here as less than 50% because the real bidding hasn't started yet. If someone else wants him, they'll buy him.
We should focus on the portal with the money we have. HS recruits are JV and we can't afford a JV right now.
