As an “elderly” Bruin of a whopping 77 years, it appears that some of you have little idea what should/shouldn’t be considered limitations of us septuagenarians. I can only speak for myself.
It’s not what you think. Not for all of us. Sure, there’s people in their 70’s, 60’s even 50’s who cannot function at a high level. And there are some folks, who’ve remained undaunted by the years, continue to thrive and be leaders in their fields.
Judge us as individuals, not by a number. Hopefully, you’ll get there yourself. Sooner or later.
