The rankings are either facts and we can regard them as these, or they aren't facts and we can regard them as opinion. Fact and opinion don't intersect and they aren't similar. The idea that rankings are "fact-ish" is a non sequitur, there's no basis for it.
Yet, the Parasite makes its living from them. So, essentially, the Parasite makes it's living from opinion, not fact.
I bet you've never seen them that way. Like most on this board, they've assigned to you the opinion that their writings are fact-based and their rankings are real. If so, you naturally regard their interpretation of Ucla football as valid and factual. Nothing in the Ucla football universe is further from reality.
