Agree that he could still be arrested and that these cases move very slowly. So, the jury is still literally out. My prediction in March was that nothing would come from the guns drawn, door kicking raid and 90 days later nothing has. That was an accurate prediction.
Given the nature of the alleged crime which I believe concerned child and/or sex trafficking, one might assume time is of the essence. This isn't a civil case quibbling over contract terms. This would be a case involving life and death, so if there were actionable evidence one might assume the authorities would be negligent in not responding immediately and incarcerating the suspects, or at least charging them. None of that happened, which, while still uncertain, lends credence to the idea that nothing of substance has come of the raid or the broader investigation. Again, as predicted.
