UCLA football is set to make its debut at the Big Ten Media Day on July 24 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Although the Bruins officially join the Big Ten on August 2, this event offers an early chance for them to engage with the media.
Representing UCLA will be quarterback Ethan Garbers, linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo, and defensive lineman Jay Toia, alongside head coach DeShaun Foster. Garbers, who is gearing up for his first full season as the starting quarterback, threw for 1,136 yards, 11 touchdowns, and three interceptions last season. He shared playing time with five-star recruit Dante Moore, who has since transferred to Oregon.
Oladejo and Toia are key defensive players for the Bruins. Oladejo recorded 54 tackles and one interception last season, while Toia contributed 28 tackles, one sack, and one pass deflection. Their efforts helped UCLA's defense rank No. 10 in the FBS.
