Lets make our OC the head coach and make our head coach the OC. EB would be basically running the offense and Deshaun would be learning under him with the OC title. That's how it should have been done originally. EB was qualified to be the head coach not Deshaun. And making Deshaun the OC wouldn't that have also prevented transfers? I think EB would have agreed to make Deshaun the OC, why not? He would run the offense and Deshaun would keep the team intact and help with recruiting.
