Jarmond at least had a resume. He was an AD at a place ucla should poach from. He had hired a pretty strong football HC for BC. He had good fb experience at tosu. He was young and a minority. His resume was fine.
Foster was a terrible hire. He didn’t check a single box except for cheap and easily available.
