That’s not what he agreed to. If you read what he wrote he relied on a “verbal promise”. You know what a “verbal promise” is worth? Yeah, about as much as used toilet paper.
Moreover, UNLV couldn’t pay him. Outside of Georgia, it’s specifically prohibited. This doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. He should leverage his football for the right grad program. The ROI would be better than any $$ he’s gonna get for 1 year.
