Our rush defense has been pretty good all year, and is improving, holding Penn St to their lowest total, but I'm still not sold on Penn St's offensive schemes - their offense does seem to be regressing to last year's form.
But the rush defense was also pretty good v Oregon and LSU. We do periodically give up medium runs (5-10yds), but we've done a good job of limiting explosive runs.
but a lot of that is due to how much zone we're playing, and the pass defense has been bad due to that reliance, w/o a pass rush - Femi as DE looked to help there tho - a really good adjustment, IMHO.
