I doubt you have a CBA for each school. I’d expect a CBA for CFB, maybe another for hoop. Another for baseball, etc. The goal of the CBA is to provide competitive balance and fairness.
The wildcard is Title IX, as it always is for college sports. I’m not sufficiently well-versed in it to know how it will play out or if it’s even applicable if CBA’s are negotiated.
