From his posts here and on BG you can see that he really understands the technical side of football, schematics, play-calling, how to schedule practices, etc. And Chip is one of the top college coaches in those areas, that's why CB likes him. I believe CB was a fan of Chip's long before BRO's report in November of 2023 that Chip was likely to be fired.
