..The stadium would feature state of the
art moveable walls and seating technology which would re-configure from baseball diamond to gridiron far more efficiently than what comprised creaky old Anaheim Stadium Ram's/Angels dual purpose joint of the last century.
A compromise settlement lease break would get us out of the RoseBowl on grounds the ancient stadium is hopelessly outdated for todays purposes, the facility was never customized into a genuine “Home of the Bruins” with it’s fugly red (huh?) seats and generic locker dressing rooms, impractical gaping empty seating scheme and tacky temporary removable UCLA signage, among other deficits ..
