It's a waste of precious $NIL resources for UCLA to spend on TP qb. We are loaded with young talented qbs. Why recruit hs qbs if you don't intend to develop and play them. The qb that we bring in from the TP will be less talented than 3 or 4 of the qbs we already have on roster. Positions of urgent need are ol, dl, lb.
