A better idea, do real NIL, and get Mark Harmon involved

Actually do real name/image/likeness contracts, and have Mark Harmon put UCLA athletes into NCIS and pay them.

Ditto other UCLA alums with Hollywood ties.

Show that it can be done w/o being the SEC model of pay for play.
