QB transfer to new school that lost its top (including most reliable) receivers, new OC - but this brings two guys who have played together for a couple years now, who know one another, gives the new QB at least one receiver whose moves and speed and abilities he knows and can rely on.
Nice start to building a new offense
(now, if we only can create a decent O Line...)
