I don’t think that’s the direction this goes. I think football leaves the NCAA and they form a different governing body yet it’s still attached to the university. UCLA football only has fans because of its affiliation with UCLA. Football in the root cause of all the issues because there is no female equivalent AND it drives 80-90% of total revenue.
If you peel off football from all the other sports and all the economics flow directly to that new entity it becomes more stark for the courts. My guess is you need to show the courts that the disparate income is because of things not related to gender. The more overt that is,
