OL recruiting is very difficult to judge this way

because it's more about recruiting players you can develop into top players than about "chasing star rankings".

Many "recruiting experts" will openly talk about how difficult it is to project OL recruits.

My belief is this is more about coaches who know what they are doing in selecting recruits and developing them than it is about looking at a chart.
