Now, if it were me, with Nico coming west and Aguilar heading east, I wouldn't bring it up unless Tennessee demanded compensation. I'd let that sleeping dog lie.

But, if Tennessee does demand compensation from Nico for the breach (which would most likely be paid by UCLA? I guess?), then surely UCLA will counter with a demand to be compensated by Aguilar(Tennessee).
