for UCLA?

-A de facto salary cap
-Oversight on phony NIL deals
-Roster limits, eventually
-More scholarships for UCLA athletes

My only concern is whether UCLA will spend this money where it ought to or spread it around to people who generate no revenue (e.g., women's basketball)?
