... with Bryce Young, Tetairoa McMillan, and give other WRs from the Carolina panthers.

NFL teams don't workout together in an organized way driven by the team, the way college teams do. So guys have to take the initiative to workout together.

The footage is pretty cool. One notable thing to me is that all routes (shown) were run on air.

Kinda makes sense, because that reduces the risk of injury. But if the purpose is to create "chemistry" (which means that the wr and qb both read d leverage the same way in a given rep), then there should be somebody who's acting as the defender being read.

The two routes that require the most timing work in my experience are 1) the whip/china route and 2) the fade route.

I didn't see any of those routes shown in the footage.

I can imagine that quick twitch Jimmy Horn is gonna run a whip route faster than McMillan does. And that the back shoulder fade to McMillan should be thrown 1 to 1.5 feet higher than the fade to horn.

Another great route to work on in a setting like this is the juke route. But that requires somebody to simulate the nickel back... which just means a guy taking a step right or left when the wr gets to the top of the route.

Footage doesn't show those routes... doesn't mean they weren't run.
