Not just his recruiting but his whole demeanor. He was aloof, arrogant, evasive. And he wasn't going to change.
Foster projects a lot of humility that seems to resonate with people. People seem to want to play for and work with him.
Hopefully he can keep some good vibes going as the cool CEO while Sunseri/Kwon et. al. turn out to be stars. There's more than one way to be a head coach.
