Four. The highest ranked team is Miami, at 9.
Indiana is in there. The other two: Mateer at OK; and Joey at UT, who may not even start.
Your theory that good teams are just playing QB roulette is completely misguided.
Of course highly regarded QB's don't always pan out. You left a hell of a lot of them off your list.
