2. Don't hire anyone who tries to relax the admission standards
3. Don't hire anyone who wants a cost of living adjustment for asst coaches
4. Don't hire anyone who demands an improved game day experience
5. Don't hire anyone who expects Ucla alumni to support the program
6. Don't hire anyone who needs nil funding to compete
7. Don't hire anyone who isn't ok with Ucla being a basketball school
