It's only Sept. We very likely won't be announcing anyone until after the season...in December.
I may be wrong here...I never paid that close attention to the timing of previous hires...but I don't think we've ever been starting our look in Sept before.
2.5-3 months is a good long time to do a good thorough search. Maybe we will get it right this time.
