I disagree.
There are numerous examples of programs quickly turning around with proper leadership and coaching. With that, the money (roi) will be there.
With the break of the Rose Bowl lease I would gather that at least there is an administrative ommitment to build a winning program. Biggest need is change of attitude or personnel at the helm, but I wouldn't throw in the towel.
