Is it just money? Are the program goals and aspirations that different? I'm no expert and rely a lot on what is written here regarding coaching candidates.
He did well at Penn State but didn't win the big ones. At the very least we knew he could compete in our conference.. We're never even in the big ones.
I believe him when he says he's going to win a championship somewhere else.

Maybe Fisch, the JMU and SDSU guys are diamonds in the rough that will turn UCLA around. I sure hope so.
