It's funny that you'd post this on the day that Indiana won the Big 10 and beat the #1 team in the country/defending national champion.
A lot of the "other problems" you mention are in fact largely the result of UCLA making bad coaching hires. Fan apathy, poor attendance, donor fatigue, loss of a lucrative sponsorship, all attributable to poor leadership.
UCLA hired a former player who no one else wanted as head coach THREE SEPARATE TIMES. They once hired a coach who admitted he didn't know where to stand on the sideline, and another who literally could not speak at media day. Three were just happy to have the job and probably were hired in part because the school knew they wouldn't push for more resources. Only one had any serious interest from other programs as a head coach.
In the last 25 years we have lost to Wyoming, Memphis, New Mexico, UNLV, SDSU, Fresno State (4 times), and Houston, and your explanation is a lack of support and resources? People like you seem to go through life and never learn a GD thing.
I'm guessing PBD died waiting for UCLA to figure it out, or just gave up. The better question is, why are you still here? You have literally quit this board like three times.
