This guy is unbelievable.
He reminds me of other public figures we know.
Harbaugh said Friday...that he found out about Moore's firing by an equipment staffer after practice Thursday.
Moore was fired on WEDNESDAY. No one texted Him with the news on WEDNESDAY? Even though he worked with the guy (the guy worked FOR him) for several years? Does JH want us to believe he lives under a rock? That's just bullshiit.
Seems to me that Milk Boy has something to hide.
Did JH *know* about Moore's relationship with the staffer? When did he know?
Did no one text him that SM got fired because everybody expected it was going to happen some day?
****
Moving on to a new topic...workplace relationships involving one party WAY up the corporate ladder are almost always a lit stick of dynamite. When dynamite go BOOM, both parties get Daffy Duck face.
That said, I have some Qs about how the staffer chose to play this.
When Moore started to lose his shiit when she broke up with him on Monday, she had two choices, I think:
1. go to the police
2. go to U-M
(I don't think doing nothing was an option at all.)
She chose to contact U-M. In doing so, she ended her own career at U-M. Zero tolerance, and all. "Zero tolerance" would extend, in my mind, to both parties, not just the more powerful party. Is that a fair way to reason the situation? Maybe labor lawyers might opine on this aspect...
Now, what if she had first gone to the police with complaints that SM was being threatening? And what if the situation had played out like this:
1. Police contact SM. Seeing the police sobers up SM in a heartbeat, and he realizes that his whole career will be fooked if he carries on in any way.
2. SM tells the police that she'll never hear from me again. Please let her know. I, SM, will never attempt to contact her again.
3. SM upholds his word, everybody calms down, no charges are filed, and the matter stays private.
4. U-M never finds out, and both parties continue their careers. Remaining as his executive assistant is a hard no, so she may leave for another job anyway if she can't find a new position at U-M. But at least she wouldn't be notorious and unemployable, like she is now. (Who would hire someone with such poor judgment?)
Is this just wishful thinking? That no matter how she played this hand, she was going to lose her career and social respectability in order to preserve her life and physical health?
Asking for a friend ;-)
