But I would also venture to think there was a LOT of double time wages being paid to make that happen. The two things that jump out at me are changing end zone turf, midfield, and tearing down and setting up broadcast trucks. I saw a couple minutes of LA BOWL and the end ones look generic so wonder if they kept the same ones for the NFL game on Sunday? As far as broadcast, I would venture to think that timeframe is not preferred and would want the extra day. But they'd have to speak to that.
Typically I know UNLV and the Raiders rarely play a Saturday/Sunday schedule.
