The reason you have air in your lungs because you have inhaled it while breathing as part of an involuntary process that our distant ancestors evolved to do hundreds of millions of years ago. But yeah, some omniscient dude is up there looking over you and saying to himself, okay, he gets to breathe air, he gets to breathe toxically polluted air, he doesn't get to breathe at all. Yeah, that doesn't sound juvenile at all does it?
