I've been around enough christians to know your rhetoric. You obviously appeal to emotion over facts and logic. You are very indoctrinated and have no evidence of the things you claim, so your coping mechanism is to preach, take things on "faith", etc. You probably think last year's scheduled rapture didn't happen because people prayed enough to stop it. And jesus has been coming back for centuries now - wake up me up when that actually happens.
I don't see a message of hope. I see a vengeful, hateful god that screwed up his own "creation" that he had to drown them all. One that that doesn't come close to a decently moral entity with his supposed actions in the buy bull. (Genesis, Exodus, Deuteronomy, the list goes on). Ever consider I don't want any type of eternal life after death? (something you can't prove either, and the "good news" only applies to you thumpers) Especially one with your dumb god. I don't believe he actually exists, but even if he did, eff him.
