they can’t throw more money at the athletes. In the years before nil, Georgia was spending like triple what the 5th highest spender was spending on recruiting. It was all coming from the institution. Now that money comes from 3rd parties, above board, the sec can’t spend their way to acquiring the most talent. Maybe.
