It's already established that they work hard. When a guy goes to the NFL and signs a big contract, it's highly likely that you can expect they will work hard. They've come from a high level in college and competed and then you know the next level is tougher. When a blue chip guy comes in from high school and he's signing now for a good chunk of money, I honestly don't know what you are getting. Being a stud in high school is completely different than being a stud in college.
Don't disagree that you want elite athletes, but I sure am glad we are at least getting what appears to be guys that have already proven they'll get after it and hope it helps create that hard working culture for the future.
