Playing LB for the Niners has become akin to being a drummer for Spinal Tap. I was happy to see them grab Kendricks when he was available, knowing that the way this season has gone, he was going to be needed before long, because it's a pretty nice luxury to be able to pull a former All-Pro off the practice squad to insert into the starting lineup. It is pretty impressive that Kendricks and LB Garret Wallow who started opposite of him, both joined the team in the past 4-6 weeks and were just recently promoted from the practice squad and were to top two tacklers in an upset playoff win on the road. A testament to their professionalism.
