Schwesinger is #3 in this list with some nice quotes from NFL evaluators, including: "The next star linebacker has arrived. 'He's [Luke] Kuechly reincarnated," a personnel executive with an NFL team said. 'Elite speed, athleticism, instincts, ball skills.'"
