But try convincing your average friends and family to go to a game. They think we're just wetting ourselves over the latest new coach, like they've seen before. There was Mora's revolution, then the big Chip hiring.
Then you have the problem that a lot of the fanbase is older, as we just haven't made enough new ones over the last few decades. The last time I went to a game (shady side, SDSU), it was a subdued, blue-haired bunch in the stands. And the sunny side, once home to the young alumni section, was basically empty.
