How hard is it to remove the executor of my parent's irrevocable trust?
My sister (two youngers younger than me) is the exector. But she is out of control. She wont let her siblings, the beneficiares, see the trust, and she is letting our mother waste thousands of dollars every month in storage fees to hoard items that should havae been donated or discarded years ago. Further, our 94-year old mother lives her, and because of the sister's poor financial situation, our mother is constantly bailing her out with her finances. Our father has since passed away.
We also believe she will discard items out of spite and retribution that were in the trust for the siblings.
What is the process?
Thanks...Go Bruins!
