Fir the DOJ, the new sources credit "chiefs" which I'm guessing means lower than the secretary level, but I doubt they did this without Bondi's approval.

Its up to Democrats to make sure this stuff gets perpetually pinned on their chest for all to see at all times. But that takes political skills that the party does not have.
