That probably should have been the Democratic motto going back to the Bush tax cuts of a lifetime ago.
The thing to watch out for now is the technofeudalism that is being pushed by the silicon valley gazillionaires like Andreessen, Yarvin, Thiel, and probably Musk among many others, once he turns X into the financial platform he's been wanting to do. But web3 is still an abstract concept and it's not clear how to talk about it with a public who's not aware of what's cooking and still thinks of the world in terms that made sense 20 years ago.
The key, however, is finding a way to get ahead of the curve and define what's coming in ways that make sense to most people and control the narrative on that before that crap arrives. Find a way to bring "serfdom" into the political rhetoric before these a-holes label it as "freedom" or something.
An effective political party doesn't just react to what has happened a while ago that is wrapping up right now, but also what's around the corner. However, effective politicking is not the Democratic Party's game. They would rather sit back, as their leadership has said, and wait for the Republican Party approval numbers start dipping before they get into action. This is the most passive bunch to ever lead of a major political party in my lifetime. They're still reluctant about tapping into the talent and energy that people like AOC bring to the party.
Like I've been saying, they're not interested in winning elections. They're happy to give it an honest push every election year, and if it doesn't work out, they go "oh well, maybe next time" and retreat to their own corners. It's utterly embarrassing.
