They had somethign like that in NZ until a few years ago, it was 3 million not 5. They called it an investment visa. They stopped it because so many drug cartels and terrorist groups tried to buy them they decided it wasn't worth it.
But I'm sure Trump plans to vet them, hey you're not in a cartel are you?
